Dr. Don has served as an esteemed professor of counseling psychology for over ten years and has been practicing psychotherapy for 30 years. Dr. Don Russell is a psychotherapist, trauma specialist, educator, and author with more than three decades of clinical experience helping individuals recover from relational trauma, emotional neglect, childhood wounds, attachment injuries, and the long-term effects of nervous system dysregulation. Known for his warm, grounded teaching style and ability to translate complex neuroscience into deeply practical insight, Dr. Russell has helped countless men and women better understand the connection between trauma, relationships, emotional patterns, and the nervous system.
